Terms of Service

Last updated 17 July 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hive, including our website, Telegram Mini App, Telegram bots, trading signals, Hive AutoPilot, Hive AI and any other products or services we make available (together, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Hive, a business run by a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("Hive", "we", "us" or "our").

By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information and forms part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

You may only use the Platform if you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract. By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction;
  • you are legally permitted to access cryptocurrency trading tools, exchanges and payment methods where you live;
  • you are not located in, or a resident of, any country or region subject to sanctions or where use of the Platform would be unlawful; and
  • the information you provide us — including through Telegram authentication — is accurate and belongs to you.

It is your responsibility to determine whether trading digital assets, using signal or automation services, and making payments in cryptocurrency are lawful in your jurisdiction. We do not verify this for you and accept no liability if your use of the Platform is restricted or unlawful where you live.

3. The Platform

Hive provides software tools for crypto traders, including: trading signal delivery ("Hive Signals"), an automated decision-support and, where enabled, execution system ("Hive AutoPilot"), an AI-powered market analysis assistant ("Hive AI"), a Telegram Mini App and companion bots, a Trading Profile and risk-configuration system, Paper Trading simulation, performance analytics, and optional one-to-one coaching sessions with independent coaches.

Features described on our website or within the Platform may be released in phases, may be limited to certain plans, and may be modified, paused or discontinued at our discretion — including features described as "in validation," "in design," or "planned." We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to active subscribers.

4. Subscriptions

Hive currently offers the following memberships, as described in full on our Pricing page:

  • Hive — a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime payment, covering premium trading signals, community access and execution tools.
  • Hive Premium — a monthly subscription including everything in Hive, plus AutoPilot, Hive AI, the Mini App, your Trading Profile, Paper Trading, Shadow Auto & Auto Trading, the Decision Engine, and exclusive Bitunix Member Rewards.

Pricing, included features and available plans are shown on the Pricing page and may change from time to time in accordance with Section 5 below. Optional add-ons (such as upgrading an existing Hive membership to Hive Premium) are billed separately as described at checkout.

5. Billing

Payment methods

Card subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). We do not receive or store your full card number. Coaching sessions and certain memberships may also be payable in cryptocurrency (currently USDC on the Solana network) directly to a wallet address we provide — see Section 6 for the specific terms that apply to crypto payments.

Recurring billing

Monthly memberships automatically renew each billing cycle until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal date at the then-current price for your plan. You can cancel future renewals at any time through the Hive Subscribe Bot or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.

Lifetime plans

A lifetime payment grants continued access to the plan's features for as long as Hive operates that plan, subject to these Terms. It is not a guarantee of any specific feature set indefinitely, and does not entitle you to features introduced under a higher-tier plan launched after your purchase unless we say otherwise.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will give existing subscribers reasonable advance notice before a price change takes effect on their next renewal. Price changes will not apply to a billing period you have already paid for.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we (or Stripe on our behalf) may retry the charge, and we may suspend or downgrade access to paid features until payment succeeds or you cancel.

6. Cryptocurrency Payments

Where you choose to pay using cryptocurrency, you are solely responsible for sending the correct asset, on the correct network, to the correct address, in the correct amount. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the relevant blockchain. We cannot recover, reverse or refund funds sent to an incorrect address or the wrong network, and we accept no liability for such errors.

We will confirm receipt of payment before granting or activating any service paid for in cryptocurrency. Blockchain transactions are public; the wallet address and transaction details associated with a crypto payment may be visible on public block explorers.

7. Refund Policy

Subscriptions provide access to digital content and services that are made available to you immediately upon payment. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access and, to the extent permitted by the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you agree to waive the standard 14-day cancellation right once the service has been accessed.

This does not affect your right to a refund where:

  • you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same billing period;
  • a technical fault on our part prevented you from accessing the service you paid for; or
  • you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection law.

Outside of these circumstances, payments — including subscription fees, lifetime payments, add-ons and coaching sessions — are non-refundable, whether paid by card or cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable in all cases once confirmed on-chain, given their irreversible nature. To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact us using the details in Section 15.

8. Risk Disclaimer

Trading cryptocurrency and other digital assets carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Prices can be extremely volatile, and you may lose some or all of the capital you trade with — including capital you did not intend to risk.

Past performance of any signal, strategy, the Decision Engine, Hive AI, or any statistics shown on the Platform (including win rate, realised P&L or paper trading results) is not a reliable indicator of future results. Simulated or paper trading results, in particular, do not reflect the impact that real market conditions, liquidity, slippage or emotional decision-making can have on live trading.

You should never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose, and you should independently assess your own risk tolerance, financial situation and investment objectives before using any feature of the Platform.

9. Trading Disclaimer

Hive is a software platform. We are not a financial adviser, broker, investment manager, portfolio manager or exchange, and nothing on the Platform — including trading signals, Hive AI commentary, Decision Engine scoring, or AutoPilot outputs — constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any other financial regulator, and nothing in these Terms should be read as claiming otherwise.

All trading decisions made using the Platform, whether made manually or by configuring Hive AutoPilot to act on your behalf, remain your sole responsibility. Where AutoPilot evaluates or executes trades, it does so strictly according to the risk limits, trading pairs, signal sources and other parameters you configure in your Trading Profile — you are responsible for setting those parameters appropriately, for reviewing them periodically, and for the consequences of trades executed within them. You should verify Hive's connection to your exchange account and your Trading Profile settings before enabling any automated feature.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or profitability of any signal, analysis, score or automated decision. Market data, technical analysis and AI outputs can be delayed, incomplete or wrong.

10. Exchange Connections

Certain Platform features require you to connect a third-party exchange account (such as Bitunix or BYDFi) using an API key that you generate and provide. You should only ever create API keys with trading permissions — never withdrawal permissions — for use with Hive. We never take custody of your funds; your assets remain held by your chosen exchange at all times, subject to that exchange's own terms, security and solvency.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, security or conduct of any third-party exchange, including outages, API errors, execution delays, incorrect fills, or the exchange freezing or losing your funds. Your relationship with any exchange is governed separately by that exchange's own terms.

11. Hive AI

Hive AI provides AI-generated market commentary and analysis. Outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors, including outright inaccuracies ("hallucinations") that are characteristic of AI-generated content. Hive AI responses are provided for informational purposes only, are not personal financial advice, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any trading decision. Usage may be subject to daily limits that we may change at any time.

12. Telegram Authentication

You access parts of the Platform by authenticating through Telegram. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account, including any two-factor authentication Telegram offers. Because we rely on Telegram to verify your identity, we are not responsible for unauthorised access to your Hive account that results from a compromise of your Telegram account.

13. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, branding, trade marks, text, graphics and underlying technology, is owned by Hive or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial trading purposes.

You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, scrape, or create derivative works from the Platform or any signals, analysis or content it provides, except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

14. Account Termination

You may stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict access to any feature, immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful conduct, misused Platform access (including sharing your account or API access with others), or where required by law or by a third-party provider we rely on (such as Stripe or Telegram).

On termination, your right to access the Platform ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

15. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, availability or fitness for a particular purpose;
  • we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — signals, AutoPilot, Hive AI, or any other Platform feature, including losses caused by automated trades executed within your own configured Trading Profile;
  • we are not liable for the acts, omissions, downtime, security incidents or insolvency of any third party, including Stripe, Telegram, cryptocurrency networks, or any connected exchange; and
  • our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Platform will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform or for legal, regulatory or operational reasons. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your own country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts instead.

18. Contact

Questions or notices relating to these Terms can be sent to us through our official channels — the Hive Subscribe Bot and our community channels on Telegram, and X. These are the correct route for any question, request or notice under these Terms.
